Description of Project:
Cross-docked industrial distribution warehouse building totaling 693,920 SF located in Tooele County (Salt Lake City), Utah for Reckitt Benckiser Group, PLC. The building is a state-of-the-art, ESFR, tilt wall distribution facility with 30’ clear height ceiling, 50’ x 54’ interior column spacing, 85’ speed bay on the west side of the building, 60’ speed bay on the east side of the building, 160’ fenced truck courts with an automated gate, 60’ aprons and 15’ wide concrete dolly pads, and 70 overhead dock doors fully equipped with dock levelers, bumpers, seals and lights plus two motor-operated 12’X14’ doors, plus additional knock-out panels. The building is expandable to 1,000,000 SF.
